But beneath the surface, it's something entirely different. Through McLaren's Metal Injection Molding — an advanced process that allows proprietary metal blends to be precisely formed — each head features precise internal weighting, strong structural geometry and advanced material composition that traditional forging simply cannot replicate.
McLaren Structural Mesh

Derived from the same honeycomb architecture used in McLaren supercars, the internal Structural Mesh maintains rigidity and face integrity while removing mass from non-critical areas. That reclaimed weight is precisely redistributed to fine-tune CG placement and increase perimeter stability and MOI — delivering meaningful forgiveness without sacrificing the compact, Tour-trusted profile elite players demand.
Progressive Calibration System

Using Metal Injection Molding combined with an internal tungsten weighting system, the center of gravity is precisely controlled along both vertical and horizontal axes. Each clubhead is uniquely calibrated based on loft, mass and performance objectives. No two irons are identical, because no two irons serve the same purpose — yet together they function as a complete, seamlessly progressing system delivering consistent distance gapping, controlled launch and predictable spin from long iron to scoring club.
